Membership of the Branch is open to all those aged 12 years and above. Members must also join/have joined the worldwide Headquarters of the RSCDS. The cost depends upon circumstances and is shown in the table below.

 As a result of your membership, you will benefit from a reduced entry price of £3.50 per night at all Branch classes for adults (normally £5), and you will be sent the Branch Newsletter (The Reel) three times a year. In addition, you will receive the HQ RSCDS magazine (Scottish Country Dancer) twice a year, which also features reductions in the cost of various items of merchandise, and make use of its facilities in Edinburgh. In the wider context, your membership will be making possible the successful activities of both the Branch and the RSCDS in bringing the enjoyment of Scottish Country Dancing to all interested sections of the community.

Subscriptions take effect from the 1st of September each year. For existing members, application forms are sent out with details of the AGM. For new, or lapsed members, forms may be obtained by phoning 01382 540699 or by printing out the form from the Membership Page of this website. Please assist your committee by returning the form, with payment, as soon as you can.
