All members will be distressed to learn the sad news that our membership secretary Chris Reid died at home on the 28th of July after a long illness which he bore with great fortitude and determination. We send to Jenny and the family the heartfelt sympathy of everyone in the Branch.

Jenny has decided that to minimise distress to the family over making the arrangements, the funeral will be private, but the Branch will be represented by one or two very close friends.
